My mum went up with a broken back and walked however due to confusion went to the wrong doctors and when told the receptionists were very stuck up and rude she then went into the room where the gp then told her if he had a phone call she would need to step out even though she had booked an appointment they then spent quite litterally 2 minutes speaking to her about what pain medication she is on currently and then told her to leave. This is really unnaceptable and straight up rude
Absolutely hate it there, the receptionists are pompous, stuck-up, selfish and rude. The nurses don't care about your well-being, mental or physical health and the whole surgery runs about as smoothly as a train crash. Getting an appointment is literally impossible, and if you get there 2 minutes late they've cancelled it. I had mumps a few years ago, by the time they got back to me with my results it had already run it's course, I recently had a COVID-19 test and they just didn't bother telling me my results at all. The worst medical practice in Sheffield
last week I filled out the online form to make an appointment, I had severe pain in my leg.there was a question in which they ask me what is the best time to contact me, I wrote before 3:00 p.m.I am a single mother and my shift starts at 3pm. when I called on the phone. to ask why they made an appointment for me after 3:00 p.m.the lady on the phone told me that I didn't understand the question. I know it's not my first language. Very rude and racist attitude
