My daughter struggled with shin splints for over 18 months. We tried several different doctors and therapies without success. She started therapy at Handstand Health & Sports Medicine and began to see immediate improvement. For the first time, she was willing to take time off because there was a specific path back. The exercises were clear and easy to understand, which made the program doable. My daughter is now pain free. We could not be more happy with her results!

Sarah is amazing at what she does! She first started working with my daughter prior to knee surgery. She made sure she was strong enough to bounce back quickly after surgery. My daughter is a competitive dancer and wanted to make sure she could dance soon after she had surgery. Sarah also worked with her after surgery to rehab her back to full recovery. Sarah continues to work with both of my daughters now on injury prevention and skill specific strengthening for dance. Even their dance teachers have asked what my girls are ... read more
