I have been a patient with Handspring for 17 years. The staff and team are amazing humans and great at what they do.
I would like to take this opportunity to express how great the Handspring team is. Laura and Chris have truly been amazing to my husband Reno. We recently sent our prosthetic in for repairs, which turned out to be quite a complex task. We urgently needed it back, so we reached out to Laura on a Sunday. She was incredibly helpful throughout the day, making sure the prosthetic was ready for pickup before the originally scheduled time. We also want to give special thanks to Sue for ensuring the prosthetic was prepared and ready, even on a Sunday. She went the extra mile by including a thoughtful postcard and a stuffed animal, which truly brightened our day.

In 2013 I was involved in a devastating work injury which eventually cost me part of my left arm, after 14 surgeries and 4 months in the hospital I was in pretty awful shape physically and mentally. As soon as I was home and doing rehab my case manager suggested I talk with the people from Handspring telling me ,These people specialize in Upper Limb Loss, where other prosthetic companies only do Upper Limbs occasionally [as most amputations aren't Arms and hands].
