I realize that MY review will NEVER be seen by anyone because I am extremely upset. I have been taking my dog to Laura for 6 years. With NO respect to my previous business she dropped us. This was AFTER she instructed me to call her to reschedule in late March after her surgery. SO I called on April 2nd and was advised she no longer will take us. What horrible customer service after all of my years of loyalty when I could've taken my dog somewhere for less $$$.
