I have my own business and sadly they have a terrible program and I rarely am I able to get done what I need to get done. It has improved from the get-go but still something to be desired. Clearly they have UI - UX testing issues because "user friendly" is not how I would describe this service whatsoever. I have complained to many of the college recruiters and sadly they have heard the complaints a million times. Good luck emailing Handshake for help.
