I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Handsfree Group and would not recommend them. I hired Handsfree Group for a professional installation of a TadiBrothers 360 camera system on my motorhome, paying nearly $2,500 for the service. I am a Territory Manager in the industry and happened across an ad I thought was in my area. I was contacted by them after submitting my resume online. I was told the position was in a different state than mine but, that they would love for me to perform work on a "whenever available" schedule. Great company! Pays pretty well!
Very frustrated with this company. The technician never showed up to the appointment and I had to call to get it rescheduled for the following week that they also didn't show up for. I called the main line again and they told me that they are talking to the management team and that they would call me back within 30 minutes. They never called back and the next day they closed the case and told me all work had been completed. Do not work with this company if you value your time!
