Myofascial release techniques with surprising results!
Amy has treated me for chronic neck and jaw pain, tendinitis and plantar fasciitis. I experienced a reduction in overall pain and tightness in my neck and jaw after treatment, and relief from the pain and discomfort of the tendinitis and plantar fasciitis in my foot. Amy is an intuitive and versatile therapist and explained the treatment in a way that made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend Amy to those experiencing chronic or acute pain.
I saw Amy for a pain in my lower shoulder blade; a recurrent pain I had for 3 years that I sought chiropractic care for. After one 20 min mini session just about 3 months ago the pain has been gone! I felt the pain and other tension literally melt away while she was working on my back and neck. I highly recommend!
