Very outdated equipment and in a residential neighborhood. Room was cluttered and unkept. Children toys and other kid items stored in open cabinet and chair tou sit in for consult was filthy. The woman that owns and operates was pleasant. Hazel was her name. The building doesn't seem cohiesive for proper physical therapy to take place.
