called for an estimate on roof repairs, they never called back, caled them twice after and they said they had the cost for parts but were working on the labor estimate and I never heard back from them
I called this am in a panic about my A/C. Brand new camper bought from a local dealership. Thursday of Memorial Day weekend and everyone swamped. I live 1.5 hours away. I go out to prepare my camper for our 13wk summer campground hop. My A/C on my brand New camper would not even come on. Harry took time about of his busy swamped day to talk me thru different scenarios until we found the problem and he told me what to do to fix it. I have to give a big shout out to Harry. I can’t thank Harry enough for the prompt and courteous response to my need for help with a dead battery. His professional demeanor put me at ease right away and his patience to explain what I needed to know moving forward was educational. I learned about the dates on batteries and had fun, later that day, teaching my 89 year old dad something he didn’t know. I would call on Hands-On RV any time.

Responsive Service In travelling through South Carolina we stopped for several days and experienced several issues with the coach. We called Hands-On and they responded in a timely manner upon leaving a voicemail. One other RV service company we called had a full voicemail inbox and was unable to respond. We were able to arrange a service call several days later. Hands-On kept us updated on arrival time and arrived as stated. The service technician, David, was helpful and courteous. We would call them again.
Great service and fair pricing
We had our trailer break down and these guys did everything they could to help. They made sure we got back on the road. Really great group at Hands On RV.
