Hand-On Team was professional and responsive I would highly recommend them to anyone needing restorstion services asap.
Very professional company from beginning to end. We had a pipe burst in our basement that left a good amount of water there. Hands on Restoration came in and told us what they were going to do. Set up their equipment and kept in mind that my wife is a remote teacher so they were able to control the noise during school hours. They communicated every step of the way and handled the paperwork for our insurance. Thank you Hands on restoration!
After encountering a puffback in my house. I had no idea what to do, to be honest I had no clue I was having a puffback. Hands-On is a thorough and professionally run business. They went to work the very first day that I saw water coming through my downstairs kitchen ceiling. John and Matthew were very calming and reassuring that soon this would all be just a memory. They also helped with our insurance so that this project could get done in a timely manner.
