Hands On Physical Therapy: East Clinic Physical therapist Ian Kirven took a deep dive into my issues. He took measurements, asked several questions, provided recommendations, exercises I can do at home as well as for my 9.5 hour flight. Instructions come with a link online or can be accessed via an app on your cell phone. An access code is provided. Ian printed all exercises with detailed instructions and pictures. Ian truly has gone above and beyond in each session.
Two weeks after surgery, I started going to Hands On Physical Therapy, East Clinic, off College Drive and Laramie Street. I see Ian Kirven twice weekly, and my hip and leg movement improve after each visit. I highly recommend them.
