From start to finish, Trey made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the massage. His technique is exceptional, with just the right balance of pressure and precision. You can tell he truly understands the body and takes the time to focus on problem areas with care and attention to detail, as well advising on breathing throughout the high pressure parts of the massage. Trey’s skill and commitment to providing an excellent experience make him one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. I highly recommend.

I get a lot of massages. I've never had a bad massage. However, whenever I have an excellent massage, I feel like it's worth reviewing. Today I had a 75-minute back massage by Tray. The longer format is worth it. I feel he gave the muscles and connective tissues in my back, neck, and arms the same attention a cartographer would give a map. I felt relaxed and attended to. Thanks Tray! I still feel like I'm on cloud ☁️ nine after the massage!
When in Calgary, I highly recommend Tanya Sieberg. In a matter of 75 minutes (60 minutes is never enough), she got all the kinks and knots out of my body, bringing back my range of motions. My biggest worry was a plantar fasciitis on my left foot. By the time I left the massage studio, I was able to walk without pain. I am in Calgary for another 1.5 months and will definitely be back.
