These guys were Excellent & professionals from start to finish. They Helped me try to troubleshoot the issue with my boiler before coming out to save me $$$. They came the following morning & worked on my system. The tech explained about the work he was performing as he was fixing my boiler. He made a few adjustments that weren't properly adjusted from before, and now, my boiler is running great. Amazing! 20 stars if I could. Can't thank Eddie and his staff enough. I had been told by several other companies that our boiler needed replaced due to some dripping we were experiencing. So staring-down-the-barrel of $10K+ I was calling around for estimates. Eddie FaceTimed with me that same call and put me at ease that replacement was not necessary; a repair at a much lower cost would do the trick. No other company indicated this was possible. I had an emergency with my boiler and reached out on a Sunday. Eddy answered right away and told me he'd send someone out as soon as possible. The communication was exceptional—he kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. I had an emergency with my tenants’ boiler that had stopped working and it was below ten degrees outside. I called Eddy and within 15 minutes, despite how late it was, he arrived at my house. He is very knowledgeable and behaved really professionally. Within the hour he had diagnosed the problem and fixed my boiler. Thank you, Eddy!
