The Worst I'm sorry to say that this was the worst massage I've ever had. It was one of the coldest experiences ever. Ms. Patti was extremely rude and unfriendly. The entire massage felt rushed. She made no attempt to greet me properly, nor did she even smile. Seriously, not one smile before, during or after the session. It was as if my scheduling a session with her was an inconvenience. Extremely Competent When I first met Lori Patti I had been without treatment for one year because my physical therapist had retired and no one else would treat me. I have a complicated spinal cord condition and I had gone to or interviewed 75 physical therapists and they all refused to treat me either because of the severity of my symptoms or because I was in a wheelchair. back I go to this place often and I am always feeling good when I leave. I hurt my back and neck a while ago and they really work out the stiffness and the aches I feel. I recommend.
