My mom and I came here this past January with a trip up to Corning to check out the area and to visit the Museum of Glass. We came to this business to do our glass working rather than at the museum itself and we are so glad we did. We had such a great time making our pumpkins! The staff is very knowledgeable and great at explaining the steps and process. We weren't staying in the area, so they shipped ours out once done. One of the pumpkins ended up cracking during the cooling process, and they were kind enough to make a new one to send with our order. Amazing customer service and we will definitely be stopping in again!!
This was way better than the experiences I've had here before or at the studio. The amount of interaction with the glassmaking process was truly hands on while making me feel completely safe.
