Hands on Fire is awesome! Shannon is the best massage therapist I've ever been to. I have had probably ten massages from her by now and she always does a great job. She finds knots and problem areas I didn't even know I had and really gets in there, breaking them up. Sometimes is work, but my body is better for it afterwards.
