Owner is VERY unprofessional. I used her several times a year for a couple of years, and she never remembered me. Finally, I was in the middle of discussing a cake design with her and briefly put her on hold to quiet down the kids (the ONLY reason we order cakes from her to begin with), and I heard her bad mouthing me and my kids. After hearing her, I told her that I no longer wanted to order a cake from her because of what she said. The owner was very easy to work with, very accomodating and the cake was fabulous. It went beyond our expectations and was a very good deal for what we got. We would definately go back for another cake!
