Edit 8-27-25 Excellent customer service. Received a follow up call apologizing for my unsatisfaction, and offering to re-do the wash. Not up to par if you need a true detail to ship a vehicle. Good if you just need a personal deep clean or need to take a picture of your vehicle looking nice. I left a call back number per phone menu options, waited two days. The car was clean but the experience left much to be desired. They only accept cash or check and that was never communicated to me. They charged an extra $30 because the bench seat was “dirty”. They didn’t put the floor mats back.

I’ve been going here for a couple years, I’m always satisfied. Pricing is great, staff is friendly. I do think they could get a little more into the crevices when they do their interior detail. Mainly in the seams of the seats and in between the seats and center console. 4/5 for that reason.
