Dropped my car off at 8:30am for a full detail, corolla, $280. Had an appointment. Was told it would be done at lunch time, it was not. Called around lunch and she could not tell me a time, but was told only one worker was there. I called back at 2:45 as my coworker was taking me back up there. Further I would have pack a lunch, so no lunch for me. She said, come get it. Got there at 3pm and it was still being cleaned. I was late for my 3:15 staff meeting.
