Fred is amazing! Such a friendly and personable guy and the work he does is top notch. He helped me so much with pain in my lower back and helped my flexibility throughout my legs. Can’t recommend him enough!
I’ve had many massages - but none as skilled as with Fred. He asked many questions, made observations. Was a great listener. This is not deep tissue massage for the spa goer - this is REAL therapeutic massage that will get into the knots and tight spots and work the root of the issues.
