Fred does an excellent job. His experience with professional and college athletes gives him a good base of knowledge that I benefit from as a 62 year old who exercises regularly. And, he's just a great human being to interact with, which is always a plus!
Received a deep tissue massage as a birthday gift, Fredrick was amazing he really knows his stuff and the massage was on point he got every knot out and cracked my old bones never felt this amazing will be giving gift cards for him to all my friends and family for birthdays and holidays
I had an amazing experience here! The massage was exactly what my body needed after training. The therapist really understands athletes and focused on the areas that were tight and sore. I left feeling much more relaxed, mobile, and recovered. The environment was professional and welcoming. I highly recommend it to any athlete looking to take better care of their body
Walked out feeling so much better! I went in specificially for certian areas and he worked on them without making me more sore. Overall I felt looser and relaxed. Such a great experience!
