I had a very bad experience with the owner Nadine. I missed a nail appointment due to upsetting personal circumstances, and the whole amount of £40 was taken from my debit card. I phoned Nadine to explain that I was happy for a £10 deposit to be taken, I apologised and explained I was going through a lot which is why I'd overlooked the appointment.
