I bought a brand new 5.7 ltr Chevy engine at Canyon Automotive two years ago. The comp. started throwing a "bank one catalyst below threshold" code. Hands On did a bore scope test on the engine and discovered oil leaking in on #3 cylinder. That was only a short time after I started driving on the new motor and a recent test shows it had gotten worse, so now I will be submitting the car to Maroone Chevrolet dealer, in east Longmont, CO, for service, on this 3 year warranty. My car is running great again!!! They got it done when I needed it to be done!
Today I brought my truck in because it didn’t have AC. I havnt used Hands on yet but he had the machine to determine what the problem was. The owner, Tom stopped what he was doing and worked on my truck for three hours fixing the problem. While I was waiting he offered snacks and beverages. Tom went out of his way to take care of me and he did it in 100 degree heat. I can’t thank him and the staff enough. Highly recommend this shop. They’re honest and fair.
Tom and his team always take good care of us and our cars. They never try to upsell you in unnecessary repairs. They stand behind their work and the prices are always very reasonable. They also supply pictures and very clear explanation on any potential work that needs to be done. Highly recommend!!
Solid mechanic. Great people. No BS. Finding a good, honest, reliable auto shop can be challenging, especially moving into a new town. Glad I found these guys. Very detailed, easy to understand, breakdowns are provided from their inspections and they’re great at communicating priorities from that list so you can decide what you need to do and figure out what you are able to do if budget restricted. Highly recommend.
