I had a very disappointing experience with the phone receptionist and appointment scheduling, although the physical therapists were great, friendly, and professional. I specifically called to ask for the latest available appointment and clearly explained that I needed to meet with Dr. Ahmed to discuss my X-ray results. The phone receptionist told me 7:00 PM was available. I arrived at 6:30 PM, but at 7:45 PM, after finishing physical therapy, I was told that all doctors had left at 7:00 PM and I could not see Dr. Ahmed. Wh... read more
The most caring and diligent PT professionals ever!!! This is THE PT practice to go to!
I am very hoppy with my care at the new . Place in queens.. My PT, OT people and the Aids are terrific. I forget their names i will list next time. Terrific treatment, kind, patient. WhenI leave, I felt like I got spectacular treatment! The exercise, heat, stim, and massages done are rewarding.
Very friendly clean and the workers are helpful and respectful. The place is always clean
