I came in with lower back pain and worked with Hasmita and Omar to address it. I started noticing improvement after just the first few sessions. They progressively added new exercises or increased their difficulty at the right pace, so the workout never became too strenuous but enabled me to build core strength. My pain completely resolved, and it hasn’t returned since.
I had a great experience going to Hands Of Hope. Hasmita was amazing. She listened to everything I was going through and explained to me the best way to deal with my back issues. And the Doctor I spoke with was very considerate and compassionate.
They are great! So helpful and really helped me with my pain!
