I started therapy sessions with Dr.Rasha Farag in April, and today is my final session; I can tell you that I noticed a huge difference from day one. She is very professional, kind, and patient when you have questions, and her assistant is also very professional in their work—I highly recommend this practice.
I drove about 40-45 minutes in traffic to get here for an appointment I scheduled for 3:30pm. I’m not familiar with the area, so I got lost looking for the building. I found it and turns out all the doors were locked, I called the office and they told me it was the correct place and that someone would come to open for me. But I looked through the windows and it looked closed. I called 5X and nobody was picking up. Why confirm an appointment if the office would be closed?? I am very disappointed. A waste of time.
