My first time and it was a great experience. They were so nice and helpful.
Very welcoming from the moment you walk in. Whatever need to be done is explained very clearly as well as the reason for each procedure .
Experience at physical therapy itself was great yesterday, but annoying having to wait an extra day for my referral that was supposed to be done yesterday. Seems they could be more honest to patients & internally communicate better.
The experience was really good for me today. The therapist was very gentle and explained what I needed to do. I felt great leaving this place is very nice.
