My experience at Hands of Hope has been terrific in every way. My PT, Sai, is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions about the daunting process of recovering from shoulder surgery. The support staff, Sam and Mike, are wonderful too. Professional and so helpful.
The Therapists were very attentive and knowledgeable about my injury... I could feel the empathy and compassion... I try to refer others for this reason... I'm grateful
Did one appointment so far that was very good. They've isolated the painful neck issue, and Im already having relief and calm after introductory therapy. Looking forward to my next appointment.
Hands of Hope in Queens Village is amazing. Started there in April 2026 for a frozen should. Sai and Mike are wonderful. They are very attentive and got me back to my old self. Sam was a recent addition to their staff and he too is very good. Now that I'm done with my PT (June 2026), i will miss it, between the different exercises they have shown me to the small talk and banter, they made PT bearable. Another plus is the location, parking is never an issue.
Everyone at Hands of Hope were very pleasant, felt progress on my first visit. Looking foward to my next visit..highly recommend them!
