I visited Hands of Hope on 04/23/26, and overall I had a great experience. The team was very thorough and made sure everything was handled with care. There was a small hiccup with scheduling, but it was resolved and didn’t take away from the quality of service. Everything ended up going smoothly, and I appreciate their professionalism and attentiveness. I would definitely recommend them.
Actually PT was good but was overcharged, when asked for an invoice and breakout of my copay vs insurance all of a sudden silence. It should not have taken so many different calls and emails to sort out my issue (which is still not sorted out). If I didn't complain for as long as I did I assume they wouldn't of told me that they over charged me. Also, just so unprofessional all the business side of how things operate.
