After pain in my neck had a flare up, I could not turn my neck, sit, sleep, stand without being in excruciating pain. Mary deserves more than 5 stars! I am 61, suffer chronic migraines and have pain throughout my body from old sports injuries. I had minimal movement in my neck and knots in my shoulders that chiropractors and acupuncturists could not get rid of. Within 3 visits I can turn my head in either direction 95%. Mary's a 5 star therapist! She's helped me deal with nagging hip and shoulder pain, having found relief in just a few sessions. I have a few herniated discs, was told I had carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel and radial tunnel syndromes in both hands. I was in a lot of pain in my back and my hands and forearms were constantly numb and/or achy. I also had terrible pain in my middle and ring finger on my right hand. After my first massage all the numbness went away and has stayed away in my right hand, my finger pain went away for a couple weeks and is nowhere near as bad as it originally was.
