Ty is my go-to massage therapist. I recommend him to everyone. His listens and does a great deep tissue massage. Highly recommend!
I did not received services paid for through GroupOn. I am not saying this person is not good at their job. My complaint is referring to business practices; no refunds given although no services were performed. More details need to be given if this is the bottom line. I was not going to be comfortable with the services and was not given the details that would have prevented the purchase ahead of time. I do wish all the best for your business; aside from this issue he seems like a good guy.
