I had a wonderful facial on Monday from Norma. My skin felt so soft when she was finished. So relaxing I didn't want to leave. Also enjoy the gentle yoga classes on Wednesday evenings. I like the personal attention of the small classes at Hands N Harmony.
I went 2 try Community acupuncture on Friday 4 the 1st time and left feeling like a new me and if that wasn't enough I went 2 their Saturday dancing Yoga class at 9am 2day and had another WOW experience... I � this place so much it wish it was Friday again !!! Christanne , Nancy & the Yoga instructor were very sweet and very attentive 2 me as well as made me feel so at ease even though I was super nervous and anxious about trying something different to help me with my current issues since I hate taking meds 4 anything .
Absolutely love Hands N Harmony! Arrive feeling the peace & calm in the center & leave feeling wonderful. Been using the FIR Sauna. Nancy's energy work is incredible! Thank you!
