Alex is phenomenal and an expert massage therapist! He knows exactly the right touch specific to your body’s needs.
I see Alex, the owner, once a month at a minimum for a 90 minute massage and also separate 30 minute sessions for my feet. I have had many massages in my lifetime and can say with complete honesty that Alex is one of the best massage therapists I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Hands and Mind Spa to anyone who values their health and well being.
