Alex is the BEST of the BEST! I've had monthly deep tissue massages with him since 2017, when I moved to Buckingham from Manhattan. He is both strong and extremely skilled with the ability to deliver any depth of massage that you desire. He lives and breathes wellness and models it well. Alex Krishtul, the owner of Hands and Mind Spa, is amazing; he continually gives the best massages I've ever had. From the top of my head down to the bottom of my feet, Alex manipulates and massages all the stress from my body and I leave each session feeling completely relaxed and totally rejuenated.
