Had the most beautiful experience at Hands on Harmony, this morning with Katie Woods, a very relaxing massage and facial, both the best, she has just the right touch. Iam will be sure to go back, what an excellent experience.
Absolutely amazing customer service. Sophie, the receptionist, called me to make sure I could find the building okay when I was running late due to the markets closing Flinders Street and all parking being taken. Rina, my massage therapist, even met me outside to help me find my way in through the back entrance when that was the closest parking I could find. So disappointed. A friend and I had a double appointment, same relaxation Message but hers was good pressure, whereas mine, even though I asked for more pressure 4 times throughout the appointment, it didn’t happen. I even explained I had a head ache on the left side, she acknowledged by saying “oh okay” but didn’t ask about pressure or offer to work on that area.
