Had a spontaneous (less than 24 hours notice) remedial massage with the therapist Rina. Highly recommended as the tightness and knots are gone.
I've had 2 massages here and both times I've come out more sore.. Both times I've mentioned where I'd like them to focus more on and it doesn't happen. I was pregnant and never felt so uncomfortable being massaged. Wont be back
