I have been seeing Deb for many years now and she is an incredibly skilled and experienced massage therapist that truly cares and listens to my needs. She offers the best massages!
They booked me unknowingly and then charged me cancelation fee of the full total massage amount. Horrible service. Did not send any confirmation email upon booking. Proceeded to advise me of a booking I didn’t make and that I’d be charged a cancellation fee if I didn’t make it. When I explained I didn’t make that booking she said “well u will be charged if you don’t make it- have a great day!” And hung up on me when I asked for her name
The team in general is awesome. The facility is clean and bright. Super professional. I have been dealing with an Achilles issue for a few years McKenzie was consultative gave great advice as it pertained to exercises to strengthen certain ligaments and muscles. An amazing practitioner. I recommend her to anyone who needs a professional RMT in the GTA.
