Siobhan is amazing!!! I had no idea what sort of results to expect, however, I am thrilled that after only a couple of treatments I'm feeling much better. My heavy, uncomfortable periods have disappeared and I'm back to a lighter, normal cycle without nasty cramps. The actual treatment is lovely and relaxing and I have to remember to leave a few hours afterwards to rest and let my body process the session. I highly recommend Hands & Feet Reflexology, Armidale.
