I love Lameka. She is so talented and professional- she puts me at is and is great with knowing when it’s a good time to make conversation and when I want to sink into the experience and have some quiet time. I’ve been to see her 3 times now and every time I come away feeling so much better in my body.
I’ve been going to Lameka since before Hands, Body and Soul was born and will continue to follow. She truly cares about the well being and nourishment of the body. Have recommended her several times over and will continue to.

Wow what a great spot! I was a little nervous bc I hadn’t gotten a massage in YEARS and wasn’t sure what to expect. Lameka was so welcoming and friendly, she does amazing work! Absolutely will be back!
Massage Therapy, thy name is Lameka! Just finished a 60-minute Hot Stone treatment, and as always, I am feeling rejuvenated. I highly recommend this experience, for all that are in need of relaxation.
