One of the most disappointing massages I’ve ever had. I walked out with all the same knots/pains as I started with, despite explaining beforehand what I needed work on. The atmosphere is not spa-like at all and I was honestly a bit worried about walking barefoot on the floor. Given the quality of the facility and the massage, this place is definitely overpriced.
Found Lameka through Google and I’m so glad I did. My husband really enjoyed his massage and had nothing but positive things to say about the experience. She was professional, welcoming, and made him feel comfortable from start to finish. We would definitely recommend her services and look forward to booking again!
Very comfortable, very relaxing. Hands Body Soul will ALWAYS get my business.
I love Lameka. She is so talented and professional- she puts me at is and is great with knowing when it’s a good time to make conversation and when I want to sink into the experience and have some quiet time. I’ve been to see her 3 times now and every time I come away feeling so much better in my body.
I’ve been going to Lameka since before Hands, Body and Soul was born and will continue to follow. She truly cares about the well being and nourishment of the body. Have recommended her several times over and will continue to.
