I hired this company due to major concerns with the house prior to handover, but none of these issues were addressed in their report. Despite following up for over a week, I received only phone calls and no written response. All I needed was clarification on whether these concerns met Australian building standards. When I noticed the report had also missed other areas of the house and requested these be included, I was completely ignored. Very unprofessional service. I do not recommend them.
Fantastic service. Easy to organise, great communication and incredibly thorough. They identified several items that our lender's inspector missed and they were then able to check if these items had been rectified on the second inspection. I especially appreciated the professional, easy to use, thorough service as I couldn't visit the property before handover.
We used this company in September 2024 after our own viewing of the home (24hours after them) we seen way more than their inspector. They made out our home needed a few cleaning items and maybe 2-3 to be fix all cosmetic. We found out water goes between the levels, grout missing in the bathroom between a tile, dinted tin roof sheets, rubber seal on the garage almost falling off and more.
