Turned up on Saturday because Google Maps shows you as open. That’s false advertising — if a place is “open” but refuses to serve people, then it’s not open at all. It’s misleading to list business hours publicly and then reject walk-ins at the door. Most customers check Google before heading out, not your website’s fine print. Expecting people to dig through your “Book Now” button somewhere online is just deflection. The hours you publish are what people rely on. Hair cut was uneven and had no style, the front of the of the hair was long, a short top and a long back, and top was unevenly cut.

Drove a long way on Saturday, only to be told it’s appointments only — despite your hours saying “open”. No sign, no notice, nothing online. If you’re not accepting walk-ins, say so clearly. Wasting people’s time like this shows zero respect. Not coming back.

Just had my first haircut at Handmade Salon, and I couldn’t be happier. Matt & Danny are incredibly chill, and even though it was my first time here, we chatted like we’d known each other for years. The vibe is relaxed, the service is top-notch, and the cut was exactly what I was looking for. I think I’ve found my forever barber—highly recommend 🔥✂️
