amazing I go in for a deep tissue massage about once a month and every time I am impressed by Matt's knowledge and passion. I swear he can work miracles, I leave his office feeling healed and refreshed every time. To avoid feeling sore the next day, I recommend treating each appointment like a workout and drink a protein shake(and lots of water) to help the muscles recover and heal properly.
