Negative 10 stars. Just like every other complaint, they doubled the price after they loaded the truck. They were already 2 1/2 days late for packing and loading my house. Then, they only sent one guy and a UHaul truck. After he made some calls, a second guy showed up. They didn’t leave my house until 2am. Additionally, I had to come up with another $2300 over the initial quote because my cubic footage was more than they originally planned. Fast forward to delivery day. Negative stars. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My experience is similar to other posted reviews. We contracted with Truck and Crew Logistics. They did not disclose they were a broker. Handle with Care now is holding our household goods hostage. They are deceptive and will not commit to delivering our goods. I suggest anyone who is a victim file a report with the FBI. The more reports filed, the more reason the FBI has to investigate.
This company is a scam—please do not use them. They completely took advantage of my mother. Items were lost and damaged, and it took over a month for her to finally receive what was left of her belongings. The worst part? After already signing a contract, they demanded more money in order to release and deliver her items. She felt she had no choice but to pay—what was she going to do, let them keep everything she owns? THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!! IT TOOK 3 WEKS TO RECEIVE MY BELONGINGS THEY CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL $800 WHEN I ORIGINALLY WAS QUOTED $1700 UPON FINALLY RECEIVING MY THINGS THEY LEFT 10 BOXES THAT BELONG TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER THE MANAGER WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RACIST. I REPORTED THE 10 BOXES AND HE DOD NOT CARE. I FEEL SO SORRY FOR THE PEOPLE THAT LOST THEIR ITEMS.
