Update 2/16/21: this company whom I have not heard from in three months called telling me to pay for storage and moving fees. Please please do not use this company they stole medication clothes and other things, I have small children that they wished death on this last time. Update: still don't have any of my stuff. I hired movers but it was actually a broker that hired these people. A lot of my things were missing and the delivery driver even sent me pics of my things on the truck!!! Don't use brokers because they use substandard moving companies like this. I'm gonna look into robbery from this company at this point! The moving company claims settled on $75 for my compensation due to the supposed $10,000 policy on my belongings. Read the fine print!!! They pay pennies on the pound. My mother had our items picked up on March 11, 2026 and are still waiting. We stopped them from loading her full house based on them trying to increase the price from 3,300 to 9,000. Customer service has attempted to dodge calls, hung up on me multiple times, been laughed at, been told they are not concerned about us reaching out to law enforcement. I have attempted to work with Eli the owner however he as well now dodges calls and won’t return them. DO NOT use this company they have stolen our items and show no care to work... read more
Absolutely horrible experience with JCS Moving and Storage. They missed the original pickup, and now are charging more than my signed contract. After my elderly mother’s belongings were picked up, communication essentially stopped. Multiple emails have gone unanswered, phone calls are rarely returned, and no one will provide a delivery date or even tell us where the shipment is located.
