My mother had our items picked up on March 11, 2026 and are still waiting. We stopped them from loading her full house based on them trying to increase the price from 3,300 to 9,000. Customer service has attempted to dodge calls, hung up on me multiple times, been laughed at, been told they are not concerned about us reaching out to law enforcement. Absolutely horrible experience with JCS Moving and Storage. They missed the original pickup, and now are charging more than my signed contract. After my elderly mother’s belongings were picked up, communication essentially stopped. Multiple emails have gone unanswered, phone calls are rarely returned, and no one will provide a delivery date or even tell us where the shipment is located.
This company and it's owner are a joke. They need to be formally sanctioned by the US government. My experience with Handle with Care Moving and Storage was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. We paid thousands of dollars to move our belongings from Connecticut to Florida, only to have multiple items damaged, broken, and even lost during the process.
