This was absolutely the biggest mistake I ever made in my life. They lost fourth generation pictures, furniture and antiques. They took brand new sets of Golf clubs, brand new vacuums, about 1/3 of our load was missing and contact with them. Was unable to be made, they refused emails or phone calls.Attached are just some of the pictures of the damaged antique, furniture and the missing prince that were my great grandmothers and grandmother's. Worst experience of my life. Their movers are aggressive and rude. They threatened to elongate my delivery if I leave bad reviews. They’ve been holding my stuff hostage in another state for WEEKS. They tried to force me into to wiring them almost 3k just to get my items delivered. I refused because what business asks for Venmo and wire transfers if they’re legitimate? Cannot recommend less. Got quoted an amount for our cross country move, then when they came to pick up our items (7 hours late might I add…) they TRIPLED our quote. We finally talked them down to something more reasonable (only after threatening to report our items stolen) but then they asked us to Venmo or Zelle a company by a totally different name for our second payment installment. Do NOT use. Negative stars by a million. They ARE a scam. I did not realize that a whole different company would be moving my stuff versus the one I hired. On top of that they only answer the phone if they want money from you. They never called to let me know before they were coming so I had to miss work and work was upset. All of my items just about were damaged/scuffed/missing/stolen. The boxes looked like they had been thrown around with no care. Items that were even wrapped in moving blankets had damage.
