DO NOT USE!! STOLEN HUMAN CREMAINS!! My son and his wife used this company to move from NC in June and they've still never received thier stuff. They kept saying it would be there at the end of the week or that they needed to pay more money to get it. It's been 4 months now and the company won't respond back anymore. My son's entire life was in that truck but the bigger issue is, my father's urn and ashes were on that truck! Very dishonest customer service. They were supposed to deliver a shipment to me in August and in October we still didn’t have our shipment. We asked to pick up our items. When we picked up our items we were told we would be contacted about our refund. They never contacted us. We are out $1500. I called about the refund and was told too bad. They are very shady, very dishonest and very intimidating.

I wish I can get 0 stars. My experience with this moving company has been extremely disappointing and stressful. My belongings were delivered over a month late, and when they finally arrived, approximately half of my items were missing and many of the remaining ones were damaged or broken. The company also demanded an additional $3,000 beyond the original quote, refusing to deliver my items until the extra payment was made — effectively holding my property hostage. If I could take away the one star I would this company is a scam. I was quoted one price and then over charged. To add insult to injury they have been so rude and unprofessional I still don’t have my home goods it’s been over a month since they picked up my home goods. Every time I call them they either don’t answer the phone or if they do they treat me like I’m the problem. At this point I’m going to have to take legal action.
