I made an appointment online, which is expected by this shop. Made an appointment for 4:45 PM with Alex, the barber I have used for some months now. When I arrived for my appointment, I did not see Alex So I sat in his barber's chair and waited. After waiting for 30 minutes and speaking to the barber working next to the chair where I was sitting, I asked "Where is Alex." I was then informed he was in Florida. The two cuts I’ve had there by Alex have been great. The problem is access. He cancelled my previous appointment and I rescheduled. He was a no-show on today’s appointment. No word. Too bad. It’s convenient for me being downtown.
Treated my husband to a haircut and shave and it was a top-notch experience!
