I hate to share this because this seemed like a cool company, but after 5 interviews and a design test that was canceled the day before it was due, they did not offer me feedback on any of those things - even after I asked. If they would have shown respect for my time by giving me feedback, at least I would have learned what they had been looking for and what I could do better in the future. Companies like this need to learn to respect prospective employees' time.
