Great personal customer service! Super sweet hardworking family! Will definitely be back for anymore dry cleaning or alteration needs!
The owners are hard working, polite and quick to assist when I am in the store. Lots of military alterations by the fab seamstress.
People want an honest opinion, so here it is. I understand that every business receives both positive and negative reviews. Unfortunately, my second visit to the company was disappointing. When you tell a customer a specific time and day for pickup, it's frustrating to arrive and find my pants still sitting on the chair a week later. That is not good customer service. We all make mistakes, but it's important to keep your promises if you want customers to return. For this reason, I will not be returning.
