The Handi Van has good drivers and friendly nice and caring. The communication can be very difficult having multiple offices. You can. Sometimes get mixed information that can lead to misinformation and confusion. Very frustrating. Although the city has improved on alternate transport vehicles. Truly an amazing service, all the drivers are warm kind and caring, going above and beyond expectations.
Terrible experience, my roommate rides handivan on regular basis, he was late one time and got penalized, buy its ok for you to be an hour late,and happens quite often,bad karma for you people
Handivan reservationist are terrific. They ARE caring and have nerves-of-steel! And let's not forget the wonderful and caring drivers, too!
