Flat tire on handivan no back up, had to go all the way to middle street center after tire changed was very late for church! Beginning of H3 on our way to WMC in Kaneohe, don't know why handivan couldn't take us directly to our church🙄
The Handi Van has good drivers and friendly nice and caring. The communication can be very difficult having multiple offices. You can. Sometimes get mixed information that can lead to misinformation and confusion. Very frustrating. Although the city has improved on alternate transport vehicles. Instead of just limiting to the handivans you can get taxis and different types of vehicles. That can fit your needs. Problem is somtines you cant what you need. Truly an amazing service, all the drivers are warm kind and caring, going above and beyond expectations.
Terrible experience, my roommate rides handivan on regular basis, he was late one time and got penalized, buy its ok for you to be an hour late,and happens quite often,bad karma for you people
