Terrible experience, my roommate rides handivan on regular basis, he was late one time and got penalized, buy its ok for you to be an hour late,and happens quite often,bad karma for you people
Handivan reservationist are terrific. They ARE caring and have nerves-of-steel! And let's not forget the wonderful and caring drivers, too!
We showed up early to be picked up. 3 vans drove by the pickup address without stopping. All of them ignored me waving them down. We were marked as a no show. The dispatch lady blamed us for not being "descriptive enough". When does the address to a building move? And got in her feelings when I checked her. Ok handyvan How do you suggest Someone in a wheelchair get into a moving van make sure you DiScRiPtIvE eNoUgH.
Sad the service hadi van has to offer, constantly a problem, had to wait 3 hrs until they called a taxi for me. It's a constant game with these ppl, from calling them to dispatch, one big joke. I feel bad for the disabled with wheelchairs. No Aloha
