Honestly you might as well clean your house yourself. We had such a terrible experience with their service for a move in cleaning of our new home. First of all, the communication from the lead Shawna was terrible. She didn't confirm when her team will be available and didn't respond to our last email enquiring this only for them to show up at the house unannounced. We had to rush there to allow them to clean. Always does an amazing job cleaning the house. It always feels fresh and tidy afterward, and the cleaners are very polite. I’m usually very meticulous when I clean, and they still manage to cover all the spots you really think about. Highly recommend.
Poor job. No attention to detail , didn’t even remove the crumbs from the counter , back splash in kitchen still had grease on it , didn’t bother to clean the sink in the kitchen , did not remove the burnt rings on the glass stove top Didn’t remove the toilet seat to get the hardened urine that is accumulated , , didn’t bother to clean the shower , no vacuum on site , used dirty mop head that looked like it was used in a mechanic shop This was a move in clean for two specific areas… poor service and job. Unprofessional.
