Avoid this company like the Plague. One of the worst companies I have worked with. They consistently failed to deliver services on time, and their invoicing was riddled with errors, causing unnecessary confusion. To make matters worse, it was nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone; they rarely answered the phone. To be quite frank, it is astonishing how they are still in business. If I can give 0 stars, I would. This is a god-awful company. They don’t ever answer their phones or emails. I have a project with them that is months behind schedule because I can’t sign off the lift that they installed and never finished.

Terrible Terrible customer service. The service manager Grace Nubile sounds annoyed when we call and never answers our e-mails. We needed parts for our ADA lift that handi-lift installed, now the service department has no time.

Not only is getting through to Hands Lift customer service a nightmare, but their outrageous pricing for even the most trivial things is downright absurd! They nickel and dime you for every little service, and the prices they charge are absolutely outrageous. It's like they're trying to squeeze every last penny out of their customers without providing any real value in return. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy being ripped off!
