Their customer service is excellent, always responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The products are high quality, and you can tell they really care about delivering great results. Terrible customer service. Ordered a light and we are way past due to receive. I have made 6 phone calls to get an answer. Two out of six were answered and I was told I would get a call back. No call back. The other calls that were made I was hung up on. Not the way to run a business.
