Very happy with Handi-Gals Home Maintenance. Andrea came and fixed both problems.
We found Andrea from Handi-gals through Jim's Handyman. Andrea came to look at some loose door handles I thought would need to be replaced. Andrea was able to fix the door handles, which saved us having to fork out for new ones. Communication was great and pricing clearly advised before she came. We will definitely use Andrea again and would recommend her.
Some trouble with communication but nothing that the usual 1v1 chats didn't fix, excellent service and her craftsmanship wasnt anything I could've replicated. Was originally a repair job fixing someone else's blunder, before deciding to contract her for a 12 week project and by the end, am convinced I will be in touch soon,. Return customer!
I Communicated with Andrea via the hi-pages app on the 5th December for my father regarding the cleaning of gutters. We went back and forward on the app to try to organise the cleaning of the gutters. Apparently she didn’t get some my messages but received others and still went ahead with the job without my consent after i told her to wait until the new year.
