You guys have lead in the paint in your bottles and products. Saw a video and tested it my self. Sick.
The Customer Service at Dr. Brown’s is incredible and so very helpful. The staff are kind, compassionate, understanding and proactive to help connect families to get the supplies they need to care for their baby. Today, extra support was needed from the Dr. Brown team and they were easily accessible to reach, listened to my situation, were caring and went out of their way to make sure the baby got what she needed in an extremely timely fashion. Docks are tight checking in and out process was quick. Loaded within 30 minutes. No overnight parking. There is a restroom inside shipping and receiving office is in the middle
