Great Ice cream, pricey, they catered at my friend's weddings and that was amazing. The gal at the counter was really quiet and the tables/area weren't very clean. I wish I could get a gallon of chocoholic chunk or two.
The cream is always great & the prices are reasonable considering how good it is. The customer service is not so great… all the employees are teenagers which is fine besides the fact that they look at you like you have 4 eyes & that everything you say is inconveniencing. The Gen Z stare is contagious here apparently, & it’s disrespectful. The employees here could really use basic customer service skills.
Ice cream is great, service is awful. Rude teenagers with no adult supervision. They are always rude to the kids while taking orders and, would clearly rather be anywhere else. Last time we went The lobby was filled and at exactly 10 one of them walked out and very loudly and rudely yelled “you know what, we’re actually closed, so we’re going to have to ask everyone to leave.” And started slamming the chairs up on the tables.
